Community safety
Help people move.
Do no harm.
Togya works when progress is honest, source creators are credited, and help stays safe and relevant to the stage.
Last updated:July 30, 2026EN-USCommunity Guidelines
These rules apply to profiles, activities, photos, questions, answers, links, and messages sent through Togya.
01Acceptance and community access
The sign-in screen links these Guidelines, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy before you continue. Togya records the current Terms and Community Guidelines versions, locale, app version, and acceptance time. Community contribution remains unavailable until the current required versions are accepted.
02Be constructive
Keep contributions relevant to the activity and stage. Share real progress, ask clear questions, and correct mistakes without humiliating people. Do not harass, threaten, shame, stalk, or organize abuse.
03Protect privacy
Post only photos and information you have permission to share. Remove precise addresses, private contact details, documents, and bystanders who have not consented. Never solicit passwords, one-time codes, financial details, or a minor’s private information.
04Protect minors and vulnerable people
Sexual exploitation, grooming, coercion, trafficking, or content that endangers a minor is prohibited. Do not encourage self-harm or credible violence. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services and use Togya’s urgent report option.
05Credit creators and rights holders
Keep the canonical tutorial source and creator visible. Do not upload copied videos, remove attribution, claim another person’s work, or create a false Official label. Use the copyright report flow if your protected work appears without permission.
06No manipulation or spam
Do not buy or automate follows, votes, progress, answers, or reports. Do not mass-post promotions, misleading links, scams, malware, or repetitive off-topic content. Commercial relationships must be disclosed clearly.
07How enforcement works
Reports are risk-triaged. Credible imminent danger and child-safety reports are escalated immediately; high-risk reports are targeted for initial review within 24 hours and other reports within 72 hours. Complex copyright or identity cases may take longer. We may hide content while reviewing it.
08Appeals and repeat violations
Where the Safety Center offers an appeal, explain what was wrong and include relevant context. We review appeals separately from the original report when possible. Repeated or severe violations may result in feature limits or account removal.
