Make progress.
Respect the people.
These terms set the rules for using Togya, joining shared activities, and contributing community content.
Last updated:July 30, 2026EN-USTerms of Use
The Togya sign-in screen links these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines before you continue.
01Agreement at sign-in
There is no separate agreement screen. When you continue from the sign-in screen, Togya records your acceptance of the current Terms and Community Guidelines together with the policy versions, locale, app version, and acceptance time. You must accept the current versions before creating or contributing community content. If a required policy changes, Togya may require the current version again.
02Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum digital-consent age where you live. Keep access to your sign-in methods secure, provide accurate information, and use one account only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
03Tutorial sources
Togya helps people organize activities around public tutorial links. The source video, channel, trademarks, and copyright remain with their respective owners. A community-created activity is not endorsed by the source creator unless Togya marks it Official after verification. You must not bypass platform restrictions, copy protected media, or imply sponsorship.
04Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of content you create. You grant Togya a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, resize, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service according to your visibility choices. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to post it.
05Safety and prohibited conduct
Do not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, violent, self-harm-promoting, privacy-invasive, or spam content. Never exploit or endanger a minor. Do not scrape, attack, reverse engineer security controls, manipulate progress, impersonate others, or use Togya to distribute malware.
06Moderation and appeals
We may limit visibility, remove content, restrict accounts, preserve evidence, or contact appropriate authorities when needed to protect people or the service. Reports are reviewed according to risk; urgent child-safety and credible imminent-harm reports receive priority. Where available, affected users may appeal through the Safety Center.
07Service changes and termination
Features may change, pause, or end. You may stop using Togya and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, legal requirements, security threats, or operational necessity. We will provide notice where reasonably possible and lawful.
08Disclaimers and responsibility
Tutorials and community guidance may be incomplete or unsafe. Use judgment, follow professional and equipment instructions, and seek qualified help for health, legal, financial, or hazardous activities. Togya is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law and is not responsible for third-party platforms or user content.
09Contact
Questions, legal notices, or copyright concerns can be sent to [email protected]. Copyright reports should identify the protected work, the reported material, your authority, and a good-faith statement.
